Finding receipts and invoices

Where to find it
Dashboard > Enrolments Open it

A receipt is emailed to the address on your account as soon as a payment clears. Every receipt can also be opened again from the Enrolments page at any time.

Class enrolments

Open Enrolments from the dashboard. Each course card shows the amount, the payment method and the date it was paid, with a View receipt button beside it that opens the receipt in a new tab. An enrolment paid through an invoice from the team opens the receipt PDF for that invoice; a self-serve enrolment opens the Stripe receipt. While a bank debit is still clearing, the card reads Receipt follows once the debit clears instead and the button appears once the funds settle.

Test bundles and tutoring sessions

Every bundle purchase and tutoring booking is listed under Payments and receipts further down the Enrolments page, newest first, with the amount, the date and a Receipt button that opens the Stripe receipt in a new tab. The active bundle card carries the same button. A bundle that came with a trial has no payment behind it, so it lists with no receipt.

If the button shows Receipt not ready yet, Stripe has not issued the receipt: card receipts follow within a few minutes and bank debits take 2 to 3 business days to clear. Try again later.

Invoices from the team

The invoice link the team emailed you stays live after payment. Open it again and it shows Payment received, the amount paid, the method and the reference, with a Your documents list underneath holding your invoice and receipt as PDFs. Those documents are emailed to you as well, so search your inbox for the invoice number if you would rather not hunt for the link.

If the emailed receipt has not arrived

Stripe emails the receipt for bundles and credits. If it has not arrived:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Receipts often land there the first time.
  2. Check the inbox for the email address the account is registered under, which may not be the one you normally use.
  3. Search for the name of what you bought rather than for the word receipt.

If you still cannot find it

Ask the team through the contact page and we can resend the receipt, or issue a tax invoice in a business name if you need one for your records. Include the rough date of the payment and the child's name so we can match it quickly.

A note on what a receipt proves

A receipt confirms a payment. It is not the same as your enrolment paperwork: the terms you agreed to, the classes you booked and the terms they cover are shown on your invoice and on the Enrolments page.
