Each bundle gives access for a set period from the day it is bought. When that period ends the papers close, but nothing your child has already done is lost.
What changes
- The Take Tests tab no longer lists the papers that bundle unlocked, and the page offers the bundles instead.
- New papers cannot be started from that bundle.
What is kept
- Every attempt stays on the Results & Review tab, with its score.
- Review Attempt still opens the full review: your child's answers, the correct answers, the explanations, the writing feedback and any annotations they made.
- Bookmarks stay, and still open at the right question.
- The Performance page keeps the whole history.
So a family whose access has lapsed can still revise everything already sat. Only new papers are closed.
Renewing
Buy the bundle again from the test bundles page. A fresh access period starts from the new purchase, the papers reappear on the Take Tests tab straight away, and the old attempts stay exactly where they were. Choosing a larger bundle at that point opens more papers rather than replacing anything.
Checking where you stand
The access period for each bundle is set out on the test bundles page, and the receipt from the original purchase carries the date it was bought. If you are not sure whether access is still running, contact us and we will check the account.
