Enrolling from an invoice

Where to find it
Invoice email > Complete enrolment

Instead of asking you to work through the wizard, our team can email you an invoice covering one or more children. Everything is done from that email, and you never need to log in.

What the email contains

The email names the student or students, shows the total and the due date, and has one Complete enrolment button. A tax invoice PDF is attached for your records. If a deposit was paid earlier, it is already taken off.

The invoice page

The button opens the invoice page, where you complete the enrolment and choose how to pay at the end. It walks through a few short steps:

  1. A review of the enrolment, line by line, with the total and any credits.
  2. About you: your contact details, address and emergency contact.
  3. About your child, once per student on the invoice.
  4. Agreements: the same documents the wizard uses, each with a tick box.
  5. How would you like to pay?: Bank direct debit, PayID, Bank transfer, and Cash at the centre where it is offered. A promo code box sits on this step.

After you choose

Bank direct debit takes you to a secure Stripe page for your BSB and account number. The enrolment is confirmed as soon as the bank details are accepted, and the debit clears in 2 to 3 business days, when the receipt follows by email. If your bank returns the debit you are emailed straight away, nothing changes for your child, and the invoice reopens so you can pay another way. PayID, bank transfer and cash confirm the enrolment straight away and show the account details and the reference to quote; our team marks it paid once the money actually arrives, and the receipt follows by email. If the invoice comes to nothing after a credit or a code, one tile simply confirms the enrolment.

If our team already placed your child in a class before sending the invoice, for example so they could start straight away, the invoice is the payment for that same place. Completing it confirms the spot your child already has rather than creating a second one. If your child already has a place in that class that was paid for separately, the invoice page tells you before you pay, so you are never charged twice for the same term.

Continuing into next term

If your child is in one of our classes this term, we keep a place for them in the same class next term, at the same day, time and location, moving up a year group when the new school year starts. Our team sends you an invoice for it before the term begins, with brothers and sisters on the same invoice. The place stays held for your child until that invoice goes out, so you do not need to rush to book it yourself. If you would like a different class or are not continuing, just tell us and we will change it or let the place go.

The due date

Please complete the invoice by the due date shown on it. Reminders go out as the date approaches. If it passes, the invoice stays open and you can still complete it, and we send an overdue reminder a day later and then weekly for a short while. Your child's spots are not released automatically. If a new account was created for your child, the same email carries a link to set their password.
