A term class is a weekly session that runs across a school term. Classes run in person at our Parramatta campus and live online, and the two follow the same lesson, the same booklet and the same mock test each week.
What a session looks like
Groups are kept small, at eight students or fewer, so every child gets attention. Each session includes a timed mock test sat under exam conditions, followed by a teacher-led breakdown of the paper on the board. Students take home a printed booklet built around their own paper, and parents see how the week went on the dashboard.
Some classes also include access to an online test bundle for the terms you are enrolled in, at no extra cost. Where that applies, the bundle appears on your Enrolments page once the enrolment is active.
Term classes, holiday classes and workshops
- Term class: the same day and time every week for a school term.
- Holiday intensive: a short run of set dates in the school holidays, in person at Parramatta.
- Workshop: a shorter standalone event on a fixed date.
Holiday and workshop classes list their individual session dates instead of a weekly slot, and they do not attract the multi-term discount.
If your child can only come to some of the dates of a holiday or workshop class, contact us. We can set the enrolment to just those sessions, so your child is on the roll, and in the Classroom schedule, only for the dates they attend. The price is set for the full run of dates and is not changed automatically, so ask us about it when you arrange this.
Finding a class
Browse Courses and use the filter chips to narrow by year group, by Online or In-Person, and by Enrolling Now or Coming Soon. Open a course to reach Class times and availability, which has a tab per term and a tab for Parramatta or Online. Each tile shows the day, the time, how full the class is, and a button: Enrol, Reserve a spot, or the word Full.
See Term dates and the class calendar for the timetable, and Reserving a spot with a deposit for what those buttons do.
