The enrolment wizard lives at /enrol/ and runs in six steps: Details, Course, Review, Legal, Family and Payment. A progress bar at the top shows where you are. If you are new to Test Academy, you will usually start from a course page instead, where a small deposit holds the spot first.
Before you start
You need to be signed in. If you are not, the page offers Sign in to your account and Create a new account. If your mobile number has not been verified yet, you are asked for your parent first name, last name and mobile number, then Send Verification Code sends a six digit code to that number. Australian and New Zealand mobiles both work. Resend code becomes available after a short cooldown.
Step by step
- Confirm your details: the student's first and last name, the parent or guardian's full name, year group and school, plus medical conditions and dietary requirements and allergies. Each of those last two starts on None, with Add details if there is something the teacher should know.
- Choose your course: pick the course, then the session that suits you. You can add more than one course before continuing. If the class you pick is full, a Class Full banner offers Join Waitlist instead. Then Continue to Review.
- Review & Confirm: the price breakdown, the total, and what the same enrolment costs by bank transfer, PayID or card. There is an Adjustment code box with Apply if you were given a code.
- Review and agree: the enrolment documents, including the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy. Open each one and tick the box beside it.
- Family details: your address and an emergency contact with their relationship to the student.
- Complete payment: an order summary, then the payment method tiles. See Ways to pay for a class.
What happens next
A successful payment shows Enrolment confirmed, and a confirmation email and SMS follow. The enrolment appears under Enrolments in your dashboard with the class schedule, any included test bundle is added, and an online class shows its join link. Pricing is always recalculated on our side before you pay, so what you agree to is what you are charged.
