Pick one time on the Times step, then use Repeat weekly on that session under Your sessions to add the same day and time in the following weeks, all in the same booking and the same payment.
How to repeat
- Tap a time to add the first session.
- Press Repeat weekly on its row. A prompt under the list also offers it.
- Choose 2 wks, 4 wks, 8 wks or Rest of term.
The weeks that are free are added as ordinary sessions, with the same length and the same place as the first.
Holidays
Only term weeks are booked. School holiday weeks are skipped and do not count towards the number you chose. Rest of term runs to the end of the term the first session falls in.
When a week is taken
If the tutor is not free at that time in some week, or your child already has a session then, the list says so, for example Tue 4 Nov 4:00pm taken, and offers other open times on the same day. Tap one to add it instead, or leave that week out.
Changing the repeats
Every added session is its own row. You can change its length, change where it is held, or remove it without touching the others. One focus applies to all of them unless you choose Customise each session on the Focus step. Nothing is held or charged until you pay, and the total at the bottom updates as sessions are added.
