A tutor's bookable hours come from the My availability page, opened from Availability in the Private Tutoring menu. It has a weekly grid of hour cells and one-off date overrides.
Weekly windows
Click a cell to mark that hour, on that day of the week, as open every week. Grey cells show your own class timetable for reference. Class times are kept clear of bookings automatically, whatever the grid says.
Date overrides
An override covers one date rather than every week. Use it to block a day off, or to open extra hours outside your usual windows. It affects that date only.
What a change affects
Saving a change only affects hours nobody has booked yet. A confirmed session is never moved or cancelled by an availability change. Families booking weekly repeats see only the weeks you are free for.
